How To – Change your Password

STEP 1 : Changing your password

To change your SEN provided password to something you desire press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and this will bring up the menu below:

Windows 11                                                                                                                             Windows 10

Simply click on “Change a password” to change your SEN login. This will be your password moving forward to login and for your email. After this change, you will also need to update any device you had the previous password on.

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to meet the password policy complexity requirements. The minimum is 8 characters, with 1 capital, 1 number and 1 special character. iLoveS3N$ for example.

If your new password does not meet the requirements, it will ask you to try again.

Enter in your old password to verify it’s you and then enter in the new password twice.

Step 2: Didn’t work?! THIS IS WHY!

1.       You are at home and not connected to the VPN.

2.       You entered in the old password or your new password incorrectly.

3.       Didn’t meet the password complexity requirements.
