Email example: NOTE: You will only need to do this ONCE. This is to connect your mobile app to your VPN SEN account.

This will be used as the Multifactor authentication to connect to our VPN.

Right Click on it and select *Connect to “VPN_SEN-Primary”*you should then see the below login option:

Enter you Network Login details and Password, click “Connect”

Example:

Username: Homer.Simpson / homer.simpson (try either one depending on how your account was created)

Password: Simpsons2022 (Your login / email password)

It should then come back asking for your TOKEN as shown below

The Token is provided by the FortiToken APP you installed on your phone previously

This token changes so each time you connect to the VPN you will need access to the app

Once connected you are then in the office and can access the Network shares etc..

Troubleshooting / Notes:

  • Please also note to disconnect from the current VPN, if you haven’t already done so already.

  • You only need the VPN when you are not in the office.

  • If your code is hidden once you reopen the app, press the privacy eye to display your code:

  • Once you are done working for the day and no longer require VPN access, please disconnect from the VPN. This will ensure you do not run into problems next to time you try to reconnect to the VPN.
